Ashley started off in San Diego – then taste-tested life in Boulder, SF, New York, and Tacoma before finding a forever home in Gig Harbor with her husband Collin (and their music duo, Bookmarks). Artistic and creative by nature, Ashley is on the marketing team at Google, and has produced social media content for Refinery29 and BuzzFeed. After converting homes into long-term rentals and being a Superhost on Airbnb, Ashley now offers strategic insight to clients around how to beat out escalations and all-cash offers when looking for their dream house or investments.
